Connect the HMS data folder

This tool reads equipment_database.csv and writes the per-site floor-plan files into SHARED/03_Templates/. Pick the HYGIENE_MANAGEMENT_SYSTEM folder (or its DATA_DoNotEdit root) to begin.

If you connected before, the editor reconnects automatically. Editing requires an admin sign-in (same as the rest of HMS). Without a folder you can still import a floor-plan JSON and use the download fallback.
